There is an effect of brand awareness on the consumer purchase decision of smartphone user.    Hy2. There is an impact of brand quality on the consumer purchase decision of smartphone user.    Hy3. There is a relationship between brand loyalty on the consumer purchase decision of smartphone user.    Sampling Techniques This study employs a convenient random sampling approach among Malaysians using an online platform , through WhatsApp and Facebook. 200 respondents to investigate customer buying decisions.
